Obidiah This is just a personal record. It is wonderfully produced and in all is just one of the best EP's I've ever listened to. Favorite track: That's It, That's All.

julimer Saw We Are The City live last night and was so amazed by the honest and passionate performance! You guys know how to combine thoughtful lyrics with intense sounds. I love the well arranged breaks and pauses in your songs and the deepness you create with them. Please come to Dresden again a.s.a.p.!!!!! You could have played at least 5 more hours ;) Favorite track: That's It, That's All.

Michael Bishop I was searching bandcamp one night for new music and listened to a few songs they didn't strike me right away. When I kept searching I found myself humming a few of the melodies. I decided to listen to the whole thing since it was stuck in my head. The grace in which things flow from track to track is amazing. Lush and haunting.

The greatest EP I've ever heard in my life. I've listened to hundreds of albums and bands. this EP is so worth every second of listening. it speaks volumes to you even if this isn't your favorite genre. We Are The City knows how to tug on your heart strings in ways no other band can. 10/10 most amazing EP ever. Please buy it. I'm serious you wont regret.

Get Happy 04:19
You've got all these boys with their cars and their girls. Who knows where they go. Who knows what they do. They're fresh out of school. I'm worried that I made a mistake. And I'm worried, which means I've made a mistake. You've got all these girls with their happiness and their loneliness. And when they're happiest who knows where they'll go. Who knows what they'll do. They're fresh out of school.

No I'm not here waiting on anyone, especially not Jessika But I feel love inside my heart And it's me you want not that boy from France or Quebec or something else And it's me, I'm here, I wouldn't be this way if I got what I wanted No, I definitely didn't get what I wanted But I feel love inside my heart

All my friends get along with the idea of growing up. All my friends, makeup on, it's Friday night. All my friends can't get along with the idea of growing old. I'm feeling good. I'll say the least, my friends are not so cool these days. Keith, Cam, and Ash. Bobby, Matt and Jone. Chris, Cait, Jess. Look, see I'm not alone!

In the cold snow, dark air, frozen road I drink, my mind is full They're high in the house Within the bright door, warm air, bathroom floor I'm beat, my mind behold We're high in the house

1987 03:48
The year I was born, three teens from New York killed a man, the most despicable crime. In the same year, Robert McFarlane attempted a suicide. In different ways, both he and a group of American astronomers discovered new kinds of light not yet seen by human eyes. The first birth of a galaxy. The year I was born, Capitol comes to close, premiere Bold and the Beautiful. It's all shampoo and soap. In the same year, Gary Hart quits his job, three satanist teens kill their friend for fun. They see the devil in everything, and I'm the direct and absolute opposite of them. (An Angel in White came to my room in the night and with no words She offered me the Light but I turned my back and faced the dark. I heard a noise in my ears from the kitchen downstairs so I checked out of fear to see if something was there. Now the Angel had flown away and a demon had taken its place. Now I'm afraid.)

If not for your eyes then I would not still dream we hadn't said goodbye. A dream I had in the night began with a demon in the dark. It appeared on my wall, felt my fear and then dissolved. Then reappeared in my bed, but as a woman instead. With her lips, she kissed my face, when I kissed her lips I felt ashamed. At the time I didn't notice, The Holy King was in the room with me. Forgive me forever, forever, forever, forever, forever
